A lot of people turn to massage for stress relief or for relaxation; however, it's benefits and healing powers go a good deal further. At Rejuvenating Massage Therapy, I will concentrate on alleviating pain, healing injuries, and helping you maintain a natural balance physically and mentally.
Hot Stone Massage
This session lasts for 60 minutes and stones are heated and used for massage right on the skin. The temperature of the stones is adjustable to your comfort. It is recommended to drink lots of water because the hot stones can dehydrate a person. Hot Stones are contraindicated while pregnant.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage – to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists who are trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.

Cupping massage
Cupping massage is the use of plastic or silicone cups to create a suction on the skin causing more blood flow to the area. This can be done in one stationary spot or with a massage technique. Benefits include a decrease in restrictions and pain as well as an increase in range of motion and relaxation.

Swedish Massage
In all Swedish massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various massage strokes. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, among other health benefits.

Infant & Child Massage
Massage to Infants and Children can last anywhere from 30-60 minutes. It can help to reinforce a positive sense of touch, decrease stress as well as start to create a good future for continuing a natural healing with massage for future ailments.

Craniosacral Massage
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms. CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression.

Cancellation & Late Policy
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Clients will be charged a $25 fee if the following occur:
If a client does not cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 4 hours notice.
If a client does not show for their scheduled appointment.
Late Policy
Clients that are more than 5 minutes late will still be charged for the full amount of the original appointment booked, but your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled end time.
